Grand Knight David Coughlin called Meeting to Order at 7:02 pm

The Minutes from June 2025 unanimously approved.

Grand Knight Report-GK David Coughlin Reports:

1) Spaghetti Fundraiser will be August 16 2025

2) Urban Plunge sendoff July 11.

3) Two Execution Vigils during July.

4) Installation of Officers to be held at the July 24 Social.

5) Lou Manz has created a Calendar events.

Treasurer Report-Treasurer Michael Gambone Reports Balances as of 6/30/2025:

Operating Acct #1803-$11,627.99

Money Market #4963-$5246.25

Charity Acct#0010-$8060.78

BINGO Acct#3255-$1726.79

10 checks executed have not yet cleared $10,697.75

Money Market includes 5% from each BINGO to establish reserve for future BINGO machine.

Financial Secretary Report- Financial Secretary David Counts reports

13 new members required for this upcoming year.

Budget 2025-2026

Grand Knight presented the proposed budget for 2025-2026. Financial Secretary Dave Counts made a motion to table voting on the budget until August 2025 meeting.

Motion passed unanimously.

District Deputy Report District Deputy Tom Scherch reports

1) Florida State Council wants Community Service Director, Family Director, Program Director, Grand Knight and Deputy Grand Knight SAFE Certified by October. District Deputy believes these indivduals are up to date with certifications.

2) District Organizational Meeting on August 9. Venue to be determined.
