April 10 2025 Business Meeting Minutes

Grand Knight David Coughlin called Meeting to Order at 7:02 pm

The Minutes from March 2025 were not approved due to a technical issue with website. Will table approval until May Business Meeting.

Grand Knight Report-GK David Coughlin Reports:

1) Womens Health Center holding Right to Life gala on May 22. Table funding until May 2024.

2) Kingsley Cleanup will be April 26 9:30

3) April 16 6:30 Family Prayer Knight. Dedicated to Siblings

4) June 21 will be the Spaghetti Fundraiser. Volunteers needed.

5) We will review the Officer Slate in May.

Treasurer Report-Treasurer Michael Gambone Reports Balances as of 3/31/2025:

Operating Acct #1803-$8007.11

Money Market #4963-$4477.69

Charity Acct#0010-$13,442.06

BINGO Acct#3255-$1,201.85

3 checks executed have not yet cleared $6,097.09

Money Market includes 5% from each BINGO to establish reserve for future BINGO machine.

Financial Secretary Report- Financial Secretary David Counts reports

7 candidates in the pipeline. 4 out of 7 will be admitted at the next Social.

Field Agent-came to introduce himself to the Council. Spoke about products the Knights of Columbus offer.

BINGO-Chairman Cliff Plante appealed for volunteers in BINGO, and KITCHEN. Deputy Grand Knight thanks Knights for BINGO during Souper Supper.
