Business (General) Meeting June 13, 2024
Call to Order - Deputy Grand Knight Roger Davies called Meeting to Order at 7:03 pm.
Opening Prayer-Deputy Grand Knight led the Council in Opening Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes from May 2024 Approved
Chaplain Report-Chaplain Father Andy Mitera Absent.
Grand Knight Report-Grand Knight Lou Manz Absent-Deputy Grand Knight Reports:
The new Council Shirts expected to be ready after June 17.
State Convention was attended by Lou Manz and Joel D Kendrick. to follow at the June Social.
June Social to be held June 27.

We need 1 more member to achieve Star Council Status., with an Exemplification for Saturday June 22. 1 person has been confirmed to attend.

Deputy Grand Knight Reports Fr. Andy has requested that the Vocations Prayer Chalice Transfer take place at the 10:00 am Mass on Saturday, June 30.

Deputy Grand Knight Reports next scheduled exemplification on June 22 after the 5:00 pm Mass.
Breakfast Committee:
Next Quarterly Breakfast will be June 23.
Rosary Initiative:
Still looking for additional volunteers.

No further nominations from the floor. All nominations were approved unanimously.
Motion made for the Knights to give Father Andy $500 as a send off on his last day. Motion approved unanimously.
Brother Joey Caso was contacted about renewing the Knights Commitment to maintain the cleanliness of a 1 mile stretch of Kingsley Avenue. Brother Caso has been working by himself on the project, is no longer personally able to do it. Council will get back to him on whether or not it has interest in renewing the commitment.
Field Agent Report:
Field Agent Daniel Costello plans on retiring in November. As a result, a new representative is desired for hire.
