Council Hosts First Souper Supper of the Lenten Season

On the first Friday of Lent, the Knights of Columbus Council 7399 hosted the first "Souper" Supper of the Lenten Season. The series of Lenten Friday suppers is run by Council Trustee, Jay Heather. Each Friday in Lent, a different Parish Ministry hosts the supper and prepares the meals, consisting of some brand of delicious soup.

For the initial supper, Council Knights and the Lady Knights prepared Tortilla and Potato Soups, made from secret recipes. Chief cook for the Knights was Dan Costello and for the Lady Knights, it was Vicki Counts.
