Council Hosts it Quarterly Fellowship Breakfast

The Council held its first Quarterly Fellowship Breakfast of the new Fraternal Year on Sunday, September 10 after the 8:00 and 10:00 am Masses. Co-chairmen of the event, Jay Heather and Dan Costello, can be seen in the photo preparing scrambled eggs and pancakes. The breakfast also featured sausage, home-made fruit cup and hot beverages.

While this is considered a fundraiser, the real benefit of the breakfast is the opportunity for men of the Council and their wives to enjoy the fellowship that it brings and the fellowship with other parishioners and clergy.

About seventy parishioners took advantage of the breakfast and approximately fifteen volunteers, made up of Council members and their families assisted with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up.

The next Quarterly Fellowship Breakfast is scheduled for December 10. Check the bulletin for details.
