Grand Knight David Coughlin called Meeting to Order at 7:03 pm

The Minutes from May 2025 are unanimously approved.

Grand Knight Report-GK David Coughlin Reports:

1) Spaghetti Fundraiser moved to August 16 2025

2) Council Barbeque will be July 13.

3) The Kingsley cleanup will be September.

4) Next Social will be June 26.

5) A Diocesan Inspector says our curtains are not fire proof.

6) Director assignments will be announced on July.

7) KOC has purchased a 5 minute sand timer for Father Joseph.

Treasurer Report-Treasurer Michael Gambone Reports Balances as of 5/31/2025:

Operating Acct #1803-$4297.90

Money Market #4963-$4952.66

Charity Acct#0010-$9709.68

BINGO Acct#3255-$3263.35

3 checks executed have not yet cleared $2277.09

Money Market includes 5% from each BINGO to establish reserve for future BINGO machine.

May 31 was the first Youth Movie Night. Sponsored by the Knights

Our membership quota this year is 12. So far we have 10. Need 2 more.

Dave Counts makes a motion for the Recorder to enter 1 vote to approve the Slate of Directors. Dan Wehby seconds the Motion. The motion passes unanimously.

New Business:

1) Motion to approve $1988.95 from the Charity Account for a BINGO Appreciation Dinner. Motion Passes.
