July 9 2026 Business Meeting Minutes

Grand Knight Dan Costello called Meeting to Order at 7:00 pm

Due to technical difficulties, June Minutes will be submitted for approval at the August Meeting

Grand Knight Report-

Would like to begin Knight of Month Honors

Trustee Jay Heather provided a brief review of current budget with the members. Motion carried to table the budget approval until the August meeting.

Corporate Communion Meals 5th Sundays of the month-Looking for ideas as to where to have these would be appreciated. (only 11 showed up to the Golden Corral).

Membership drive July 18 and July 19 outside after Mass.

July 18th will be the beginning of the School Supply Drive.

Knights of Columbus Quarterly Breakfast to be held August 16.

Please pickup and Pay for ordered Polo Shirts.

BINGO Acct#3255-$3,340.33

No outstanding checks as of June 30 2026.

Money Market includes 5% from each BINGO to establish reserve for future BINGO machine. Approximately halfway to the estimated replacement cost of the BINGO Machine.

Financial Secretary Report-

1st Notice of Dues have been sent.

Quota for this year is 12 new members.

New Business-

Bazaar in November. Numerous volunteers needed.

Old Business-

Discussion of increasing Dues by $5 per year. Change of Bylaws will have to occur for that to happen. Tabled until August Meeting.
