Grand Knight David Coughlin called Meeting to Order at 7:03 pm

The Minutes from February 2026 unanimously approved








Grand Knight Report-GK David Coughlin Reports:

Easter food drive is still going on the 29th of March.


The fundraiser for the spaghetti dinner. I think it yielded about what, 2,300

bucks. $2,577, which Father Rooney was very happy to receive. He was only

expecting us to give him $300 when we first talked. So he was ecstatic that

we were able to do this.


Ultrasound update:

Council committed $2000 for payment to Most Holy Redeemer Council. To accomplish this, a vote had to be made to recharacterize funds in the budget. Motion was made, motion carried. No objections.


Trustees-Jay Heather reports:

1) We will keep a Semi Annual Audit Schedule-voluntarily. 1 required.


BINGO Report:


Chairman Cliff Plante would like to see the Church Bulletin recognize the Knights BINGO check so that Parishioners understand the importance of BINGO to the finances of the Parish. The Grand Knight will speak with Lisa Kolak regarding that issue.

Treasurer Report-Treasurer Michael Gambone Reports Balances as of 2/28/2026:

Operating Acct #1803-$6,950.80

Money Market #4963-$7,214.15

Charity Acct#0010-$6,110.18

BINGO Acct#3255-$5,941.95

There are executed checks that have not cleared as of February 28, 2026

The total of those was $3,081.


Money Market includes 5% from each BINGO to establish reserve for future BINGO machine. Approximately halfway to the estimated replacement cost of the BINGO Machine.


 

Financial Secretary Report- Financial Secretary David Counts reports

Our quota this year is 13.


As of last night, we have four new candidates and our newest candidate, Mr.

Robert Cole, who's standing back here in the back.


Admission degree last night.


Have three more in line.


A degree scheduled April 1st at Joe Hildebrand's house. We're going to do the exemplification at his house.


And two more that were supposed to been here last night, but one of them was in the

hospital, in an emergency room at the hospital last night.


We still need seven more candidates.

March 6 BINGO Results:

Food sales $353.50.

50/50 Was $290;

Attendance was 153. Packet sales was $2,738.

4th Degree Assembly: 

no report.
