St. Catherine of Siena Knights make an impact on the Annual Bazaar

The Knights of Columbus made a substantial contribution to all phases of the St. Catherine of Siena Fall Bazaar 2023. Dan Wehby and other brothers worked hard to get the new light posts up and running before the bazaar opened on Friday. Dennis Cascante chaired the bazaar along with his wife, Adrianna.

Brothers stepped up and provided coverage for the entire two days of the bazaar, including the Bingo and Chuck Wagon's operation. Among the Chuck Wagon volunteers were Michael Gambone, Bill Kennedy, Dennis Abbott, Dave Counts, Renato Sciumbata, David Coughlin, Francis Azer, Dr. Gene Harris, Chris Hutter, Johnny Thiesen, Travis Logerwall, Tony Claro, Robert Kowzack and son, Peyton, and Keith Messenger. Thanks also to prospective Knight, Ruben Caro for his help at the Chuck Wagon! Faithful Navigator, Tom Scherch, was there providing music both days.

It was heartwarming to look around and see brother Knights and their spouses and families working throughout the bazaar. Dennis and Adriana Cascante, Dan and Mardelle Wehby, Cliff Plante, Jose Ramirez, Edgardo Silva, Randy Coates, Francis Valencourt, Rich Carey, and Eric Gedult Von-Jungenfeld. Mardelle Wehby photographed the event for the parish and the Knights of Columbus. If I have missed anyone, I apologize for my fading memory. Feel free to drop me a line and let me know how you helped, so that I can gain a complete picture of our participation.
